Cecil’s newest book, FIRST DAY ON EARTH has just hit the shelves. Swing by and pick up a copy. Sherri and Cecil will be signing books and dishing on the latest in their writing lives.   Wahoo! FLYGIRL is a 2010 Amelia Bloomer Project selection! What an honor! The Amelia Bloomer List is a selection of recommended feminist literature for ages birth through 18. Amelia Bloomer was a suffragette who ran a newspaper that focused on the struggle for equal rights for women. What an honor to be part of that same movement today. Thank you to the people of the ALA for creating such a fantastic list.
